Ali Fakih is a Research Assistant at the Office of Cancer Health Equity and Community Engagement (OCHECE) at the Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit. His previous work involves investigating the financial burdens of cancer care among Arab Americans in metro Detroit. He is passionate about better understanding the cancer survivor and caregiver experience among minority communities and working towards building sustainable interventions.
